As a Licensing Specialist at Cornerstone, she supports companies that are expanding into new states and need a clear path to licensure. Her work helps clients move through that process with greater confidence, especially when the requirements are layered, state-specific, and difficult to navigate.

Lauren brings a decade of mortgage licensing experience to her role, along with a real talent for solving tough licensing puzzles. She has worked on mortgage licensing across all 50 states and is known for stepping into applications that are stalled, complicated, or simply need a fresh set of eyes. She enjoys the challenge of figuring out what is holding something back and helping push it toward approval.

That same mindset has shaped the way she supports both clients and colleagues. Over the years, she has answered complex mortgage licensing questions, helped move difficult California CFL applications forward, trained others in licensing, and built training resources that did not previously exist. She has also developed strong relationships with regulators, which gives her useful perspective when working through state-specific issues.

One of the things Lauren values most about Cornerstone is the team culture. She appreciates being in an environment where people genuinely help each other, share knowledge, and create a workplace that feels supportive and lighthearted. Working at Cornerstone has also helped her expand beyond mortgage licensing into debt collection, money transmission and other licensing areas, broadening her expertise even further.

Outside of work, Lauren enjoys cooking, exploring food and wine festivals, visiting farmers markets and restaurants, and making time for new experiences. She lives in Southern California wine country, loves a good charcuterie board, and spends her Fridays at the movies with her husband and a friend. She is also a superhero fan, an aquarium lover, and a proud pet mom to her dog Peppermint and cat, Harley.
