Reilly joined Cornerstone early in her professional career, and she still remembers how quickly she knew she was in the right place. “I could tell right away that this company invests in its employees,” she says. “They showed me so much patience and kindness as I learned this industry, and they’ve motivated me to keep growing in my role.”
That growth shows up clearly in the path she’s taken here. Reilly started at Cornerstone as a Researcher, where she quickly became known for her consistency, attention to detail, and willingness to step up. She excelled in that role, took on more responsibility, and worked her way into her current position as a Customer Success Representative.
“Transitioning from research to this new role was definitely an adjustment,” Reilly shares, “but made easier by the great sales team. I learned so much from the research role that helped me build a strong foundation, and I’m excited to build on it in this new role.”
Today, Reilly helps clients facilitate changes to their existing licensing inventory, making sure updates are handled accurately and promptly. It’s a detail-driven part of the client experience that often happens behind the scenes, especially when timelines are tight. She’s also quick to highlight the teamwork that makes it all work. “This ensures that changes are made correctly and promptly, with the help of the great production team,” she says.
Reilly credits much of her development to the people around her, especially within the sales team. “All the incredibly talented members of the sales team have taught me so much and guided me to the position I’m in today,” she says. “They’re so knowledgeable and willing to share, which makes learning not only accessible, but fun.”
That collaborative mindset is a big part of what makes Cornerstone stand out for her. “It’s very easy to succeed at Cornerstone when I can tell my team members and leaders genuinely care about my personal and professional well-being,” she adds.
Outside of work, Reilly brings the same energy to her favorite pastime: sports. “I will watch just about any sport,” she laughs, “and get way too upset when my teams lose!” When she’s not watching a game, she’s usually out exploring Jacksonville. She loves staying active and taking advantage of the city’s museums, parks, zoos, and anywhere that gets her outside and moving.
With her drive to learn, her commitment to clients, and her team-first approach, Reilly helps Cornerstone deliver the accuracy and responsiveness clients rely on every day.
