Key Responsibilities

Regulatory Research: Conduct research to identify and compile relevant information on regulatory requirements in the fintech, lending, mortgage, and collections industries. Stay up-to-date with changes in compliance regulations.

Data Collection: Gather and organize data related to business licenses, permits, and other compliance documentation required for our clients.

Document Verification: Verify the authenticity and accuracy of compliance documentation, ensuring that it meets the necessary regulatory standards.

Client Support: Collaborate closely with the Sales and Operations teams to provide valuable research findings that aid in delivering compliance solutions to clients.

Database Management: Maintain accurate and organized records of compliance data and client information in our systems.

Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices related to compliance and licensing, even though no previous compliance experience is required.
Your Qualifications
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent research and data collection abilities.
- Naturally curious; keen to verify accuracy and ask second, third level questions while researching.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with data entry and database management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Enthusiasm for learning about compliance regulations (previous compliance experience is not required).
- College degree or relevant business experience preferred but not required.
