Data
Regulatory Data Center
Citable state licensing data with a published methodology: per-state requirements, statutory surety bond amounts, and a dated regulatory change log. Every figure is computed live from regulator-published sources, carries a verification date, and can be cited against a dated snapshot anchor.
Data as of not yet computed. 156 published state-law rows across 52 jurisdictions back these datasets.
Datasets
State Licensing Requirements
Per-state license requirements for mortgage, money transmitter, and debt collection, with verification dates from the state-law library.
Bond Amounts by State
Statutory surety bond amounts by state and license type, drawn live from regulator-published requirements in the state-law library.
Regulatory Change Log
Dated log of state licensing and compliance changes tracked across mortgage, money transmitter, and debt collection, with source links and feeds.
Snapshot anchors
A citation should stay verifiable after the live figures change. Each quarterly anchor page shows the current data plus every change recorded since that date, so a reader can check whether a figure cited at the anchor still holds. Anchors exist only for quarters we were actually tracking.
Change-log feeds
The regulatory change log is machine-readable. Subscribe in any feed reader or pipe it into your own tooling.
Methodology
How the data is sourced, verified, change-detected, and versioned, including the honest limits of what we publish.

Where this data comes from
These datasets are the same tables behind our state-law library, licensing data index, and the State Licensing Data Report. Nothing here is hand-maintained: when a state guide is re-verified or a regulatory bulletin lands, the datasets, exports, and feeds update together.
