Community Bank use Ratio: Updated Compliance Guide

The OCC, Federal Reserve, and FDIC updated the Community Bank use Ratio compliance guide to reflect changes effective July 1, 2026. The minimum use ratio for qualifying community banking organizations has been lowered from greater than 9% to greater than 8%.
