Join our finance team to manage client billing, process bond and license payments, and support financial reporting. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage high-volume financial transactions.

Responsibilities

  • Process client invoices and manage accounts receivable
  • Handle surety bond and license fee payments
  • Reconcile financial transactions and accounts
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes
  • Prepare financial reports and analysis
  • Collaborate with operations team on project budgeting

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of accounting or finance experience
  • Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Excel)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance minimum; Bachelor's preferred
