We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Admin to support a fast-paced sales team. This role requires someone who can manage high-volume phone calls, maintain CRM accuracy, coordinate schedules, and facilitate smooth communication between sales, operations, and clients.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls, assisting customers and supporting the sales team with inquiries, follow-ups, and scheduling.
  • Maintain and update CRM records with accuracy, ensuring all customer interactions, deal progress, and notes are logged promptly.
  • Coordinate and manage sales calendars, including scheduling meetings, demos, and follow-up calls.
  • Prepare and send proposals, contracts, and other sales documentation as needed.
  • Assist with onboarding new clients by coordinating between sales, operations, and compliance teams.
  • Track sales metrics and generate reports to support team performance and pipeline visibility.
  • Handle general administrative tasks, including email management, data entry, and document organization.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in sales administration, customer support, or administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Comfort with high-volume phone calls and professional phone demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience in B2B sales environments or professional services is a plus.
