We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Admin to support a fast-paced sales team. This role requires someone who can manage high-volume phone calls, maintain CRM accuracy, coordinate schedules, and facilitate smooth communication between sales, operations, and clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls, assisting customers and supporting the sales team with inquiries, follow-ups, and scheduling.
- Maintain and update CRM records with accuracy, ensuring all customer interactions, deal progress, and notes are logged promptly.
- Coordinate and manage sales calendars, including scheduling meetings, demos, and follow-up calls.
- Prepare and send proposals, contracts, and other sales documentation as needed.
- Assist with onboarding new clients by coordinating between sales, operations, and compliance teams.
- Track sales metrics and generate reports to support team performance and pipeline visibility.
- Handle general administrative tasks, including email management, data entry, and document organization.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in sales administration, customer support, or administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Comfort with high-volume phone calls and professional phone demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in B2B sales environments or professional services is a plus.
