As a Client Success Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring their licensing and compliance needs are met with excellence. You will coordinate across internal teams to deliver projects on time and build lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts
  • Serve as the primary contact for client communications
  • Coordinate licensing projects across internal teams
  • Conduct regular client reviews and status updates
  • Identify opportunities for additional services
  • Resolve client issues and escalations

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of account management or client-facing experience
  • Financial services industry knowledge preferred
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • CRM experience (HubSpot preferred)
