Andrea Woodbury helps clients keep critical licensing requirements on track through Cornerstone's bond and insurance services. As Cornerstone's Bond & Insurance Specialist, she manages surety bonds, riders, renewals, and claims support while also helping coordinate insurance programs such as E&O, cyber, and general liability coverage. Her work helps clients move through licensing and renewal processes with fewer delays, fewer surprises, and a more coordinated experience across jurisdictions.

A large part of Andrea's role involves making sure bond and insurance requirements stay aligned with state filings and renewal timelines. She also works closely with underwriters to help secure competitive terms for clients. By bringing multiple moving pieces together, she helps create a smoother process and gives clients a single point of contact for ongoing bond and insurance needs.

Before joining Cornerstone, Andrea homeschooled her children while working part-time as a Health Science Tutor for a local college. Accepting the position in bonds and insurance allowed her to enter a new professional chapter, one that challenged her to learn a new industry while building a long-term career. She says the steep learning curve has been one of the most rewarding parts of the experience.

Andrea enjoys mastering complex bond and insurance requirements and seeing that knowledge directly help clients stay on track. She's motivated by growth, both professionally and personally, and appreciates being part of a team that values accountability and client service. Knowing her work helps remove obstacles for clients while supporting her family's next chapter keeps her focused and energized.

What Andrea values most about working at Cornerstone is the balance between autonomy and teamwork. She appreciates having the flexibility to take ownership of her work while being surrounded by a highly accountable, client-focused team that is willing to step in and support one another when needed. That environment has helped her continue learning, take on new challenges, and expand what she's capable of handling.

Outside of work, Andrea enjoys spending time outdoors. She feels most at home on a hiking trail or volleyball court, and she and her husband currently serve on the board of a local soccer club. When that chapter eventually winds down, they hope to spend more time exploring new hiking destinations and outdoor venues together.

Andrea is also proud of maintaining a Duolingo Spanish streak of more than 1,500 days. While she says she is not fluent yet, the daily habit reflects the same consistency, accountability, and commitment to improvement that she brings to her work every day.
