Georgia final rules became effective on July 6, 2026, including updates to Rule 80-5-1-.02 on license and supervision fees and Rule 80-14-5-.04 on unsolicited live checks. The Department's June 16, 2026 Notice of Final Rulemaking appears to be the rulemaking action behind these changes.
